Breast cancer has become a threat to women's health and happiness in modern society;Strychnine is commonly used toxic drugs, but it has been repeatedly used to various types of cancer diseases as anti-tumor effect through literature.And Strychnine also has not analgesic dependence, but we need further study it in basic and clinical in the future;Ginseng is a traditional tonic. modern medical research shows that Ginsenoside has anti-tumor effect.Strychnine and Ginseng in patch is good for its clinical anti-tumor application.had advantages of sustained-release,long-acting,convenient administration. So Fuailing transdermal patches of the textual research has a promising clinical future.In this thesis, some researches were studied:â‘ The best extraction of Strychnine was determined by orthogonal test.â‘¡The forming process of patch was studied. The type of patch was adhesive dispersion type TTS. Penetration enhancers were selected with modified Franz diffusion cell.â‘¢Pretreatment method was set up for plasma sample of Strychnine and Ginseng in patch of Co-curare. Pharmacokinetics were studied.In summary, the forming process and quality standard of patch met the standard. The result indicated that this dosage form had advantages of sustained-release,Controllable,Stable,convenient administration. So the patch has a promising clinical future.
