Objective: To explore the evaluation of the feasibility and efficacy thats inrabbit intra-articular injection treatment of early rheumatoid arthritis。Methods: 60 New Zea la nd white rabbits were randomly divided into controlgroup, RA group and BMSCs treatment group, 20 in each group. Treatment groupwere injected bone marrow mesenchyma l stem cell in the first eight weeks in rightknee. To observe TNF-αand IL-1βlevels,M RI of right knee, knee specimens andpathologica l observation of the whole trip. Results: All rabbits in genera l reasonably good.Compared with the RA group,BMSCs treatment group after treatment, less obvious joint swelling, gait gradua llyimproved; serum TNF-αand IL-1βlevels lower; MRI showed low signa l areareduced, the synovia l thick ness decreases, the articular cartila ge thick ness come tonorma l, no significa nt joint effusion; slight infla mma tory synovia l hyperplasia inspecimens genera lly.Articular cartila ge covers the surface of cartila ge, was white, thebasic formation of the articula r surface; pathologica l examina tion prompted theformation of transparent cartila ge-like cells were arranged regularly, slightly thickertha n norma l, associa ted with cartila ge, articular surface of the basic formation;Synovitis disease reduced significa ntly fewer infla mma tory cells. Conclusion: Bone marrow mesenchyma l stem cell can differentiate intocartila ge in the intra-articular, suppress the synovia l infla mma tion in patients, andprovide a new and effective therapy with early rheumatoid arthritis.
