Leukemia is a malignant disease of hematopoietic system, and it is also one of the top ten high incidence of malignant tumors. According to proliferative cell types, it can be divided into myelogenous, lymphocytic and mononuclear cell and other types. To study pathogenesis of lymphocytic leukamia cancer and search genes and gene-related pathways that might be used for preventing, diagnosing and treating, we analyse the datasets of lymphocytic leukemia that are from the public database (GEO) by bioinformatics tools. When we use GeneGo to identify the pathways which are associated with differential genes, the p-value is taken as 0.05 and the rate is 70%, so the study on pathway level is more reliable than that on gene level. In this article,We find 317 pathways in all, and only one pathway is shared in four datasets, that is RalA regulation pathway. In the pathway, we find 42.9 percent of genes were confirmed to be related to leukemia, so this pathway may be related to leukemia, but it needs further experimental testing.
