| Objective:We measured the levels of serum adiponectin (ADP), constitutive nitric oxide synthetase (cNOS) and inducible nitric oxide synthetase (iNOS) in patients with acute cerebral infarction to investigate the relationship in acute cerebral infarction between the severity of the disease and the levels of ADP,cNOS and iNOS, the relevance of ADP and cNOS, Inos, the clinical and pathophysiology implication of ADP and NOS.Methods:We selected 29 patients with acute cerebral infarction as cerebral infarction group, the healthy check-up of 27 patients as control group, in accord with standard of gender and exclusion, age composition of comparable(P> 0.05).Enzyme immunosorbent method (ELISA) and chemical colorimetric method respectively in two groups, serum ADP, cNOS, iNOS, observe the disease within 48 hours after admission and the first 10 days of serum ADP, cNOS and iNOS level. For cerebral infarction patients neurologic deficits degree by the national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) scores were evaluated in pathogenesis, within 48 hours after admission and the first 10 days to assess twice. All data using SPSS16.0 statistical software, measuring data with(χ±s)said, he constitute between samples usingχ2 test, cerebral infarction group and analysis of the difference between samples by using two independent sample t-test or single factor analysis of variance of Post Hoc Tests, cerebral infarction serum levels of ADP, NOS by matching t test, the single factor between variables related analysis using linear correlation analysis and test of significant level for bilateral inspection (P< 0.05).Results: 1.The serum ADP level of cerebral infarction groups within 48 hours was significantly lower than those in control group (P< 0.05), and The serum ADP level of the first 10 days after admission compared with it within 48 hours has significantly increased (P< 0.05), but no significant difference compared with the control. The serum ADP level of cerebral infarction groups within 48 hours and the first 10 daysafter admission with two NIHSS scores have no significant correlation.Dividing cerebral infarction patients into mild group (NIHSS<5 points) and severe group (NIHSS> 5 points) according to different levels neurologic deficits according to the first times NIHSS scores, the serum level of ADP within 48 hours in cerebral infarction groups to the control group and the severe group to mild group is lower, but have no significant difference, the severe group compared with the control group severely reduced significantly (P< 0.05). The serum ADP level of after admission first 10 days among control group, mild group and severe group had no significant difference2. The serum cNOS levels of cerebral infarction groups within 48 hours oand the first 10 days after admission were significantly lower than those of the control group (P< 0.01), but the serum cNOS leve of the first 10 days of hospital compared with it in within 48 hours have a significantly increased (P< 0.01). The serum cNOS level with the first times NIHSS scores have a significant negative correlation (P< 0.01), with the second NIHSS scores have no significant correlation. The serum ADP, cNOS iNOS level with two NIHSS scores have no significant correlation.3.The serum iNOS level of cerebral infarction groups within 48 hours significantly higher than control group(P<0.01).The serum iNOS levels of cerebral infarction groups the first 10 days after admission compared with it in within 48 hours significantly lower(P<0.01), still higher than those in the control group, but have no significant differences. The serum iNOS level within 48 hours with the first times NIHSS scores have a positively correlation(P<0.05),with the second NIHSS scores have no significant correlation.4. The level of serum ADP of cerebral infarction groups within 48 hours with cNOS and the iNOS level of the first 10 days after admission have no significant correlation, with the level of serum iNOS within 48 hours have a significantly positive correlation (P< 0.05), the level of serum ADP of the first 10 days after admission with cNOS and iNOS have no significant correlation.Conclusion:1. The serum ADP level within 48 hours of acute cerebral infarction patients significantly reduced, and the more serious of the neurologic deficits, the more declined of the level, the serum ADP level of after admission first 10 days significantly increased than it within 48 hours, clew ADP may participate in the process of the pathophysiology of cerebral infarction, and may have nerve protective effect.2. The serum cNOS level within 48 hours of acute cerebral infarction patients significantly reduced, significant negative correlated with NIHSS scores, clew eNOS may participate in the process of the pathophysiology of cerebral infarction.3. The serum iNOS level within 48 hours of acute cerebral infarction patients significantly increased, positively correlated with NIHSS scores, clew iNOS in cerebral infarction may have neurotoxic effect, the leve can reacte the severity of the illness.4. The level of serum ADP within 48 hours of acute cerebral infarction patients with no significant correlation with the cNOS level, and with a significant positive correlation with the iNOS level within 48 hours. |
