Clinical Analysis Of 265 Cases With Uterine Fibroids By Hysterectomy Surgery

Objective:Analyze the clinical characteristics of uterine fibroids patients receiving hysterectomy surgeries, study the advantages and disadvantages of Trans Abdominl Hysterectomy and Trans Vaginal Hysterectomy.Methods: According to the retrospective analysis of 265 patients data,who suffered from uterine leiomyoma and received total hysterectomy surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from 2008 to 2010, the patients were be divided into 2 groups. The 172 cases via Trans Abdominl Hysterectomy(TAH) was TAH group, and the remaining 93 cases via Trans Vaginal Hysterectomy(TVH) was TVH group. Analyze differences in general information, Wai surgery, and postoperative complications etc by SPSS 10.0 analysis software. Compared the advantages and disadvantages of the two groups by X2 test and T testResults:(1)There were no differences in age and body weight between the two groups(P>0.05). However,compared with TVH, the myoma of the patients in TAH group was more and larger,while the patients with uterine prolapse in TAH group were less(P<0.05).(2)There were no significant dififferences in body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05). But the differences in the operation time, blood loss and hospital stay were significant (P<0.05). The TAH group had shorter operation time and less bleeding than TVH,but it had longer time in hospital.(3)Compared postoperative complications of the two groups, the incidence of wound infection of TAH group was higher(P<0.05),however, the incidence of bladder injury of TVH was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) Compared TAH with TVH, the indication of TAH was wider.(2) Although TAH had lonerg incision,abdominal scar, more bleeding,and longer time staying in hospital after surgery when compaired with TVH, the field of view was wider and the operation was more simple,which could shorten the operation time and help organizations to restore.(3) Compared postoperative complications of TAH and TVH,the incidence of wound infection of TAH group was higher,while the incidence of bladder injury of TVH was higher.
