PurposePass through the investigation of patients on the relevant information the drug laws of TCM and the related statistical analysis in chronic heart failure syndrome and clinical drug laws, for further standardization of chronic heart failure syndrome and clinical medicine to seeking to better guide clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.Materials and Methods This study was collected in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital in June 2005-March 2010 hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure 336 cases,167 cases were male, female 169 cases, patients were in strict accordance with the source into the selection criteria and exclusion criteria its syndromes in Chinese medicine and clinical medicine to study law.Result1 the basic syndrome of chronic heart failure were divided into: Cardiopulmonary deficiency in 17 patients (5.1%), Qi and Yin deficiency in 90 cases (26.8%), cardiac deficiency in 10 cases (3.0%), the Qi 132 (39.3%), Yang and the water pan 10 cases (3.0%), phlegm obstructing lung 26 (7.7%), Yin Yang dried off in 2 cases (0.6%), other syndromes of 49 cases (14.6%).2 elements of basic syndromes of chronic heart failure distribution:244 cases of deficiency (72.6%), deficiency in 93 cases (27.7%), Yang and 86 patients (25.6%), blood stasis in 250 cases (74.4%), phlegm 134 cases (39.9%), water wet 86 cases (25.6%).3 chronic heart failure syndrome and the basic relationship between the primary disease:no matter what the primary disease, and blood stasis, Qi and Yin Deficiency two cards share the largest number of patients.
