44 Patients With B Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Clinical Analysis Of Treatment Programs

PurposeComparing CHOP, RCHOP and ECHOP regimen B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.MethodOur hospital from January 2007 to March 2010 were treated B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma treatment,Selected 44 patients, aged 25 to 82 years old, respectively CHOP, RCHOP and ECHOP treatment, compared the efficacy of various treatment programs.ResultCHOP program group were CR 6 cases, PR 4 cases, complete remission rate and total effective rates were 26.1% and 43.5%.ECHOP program group were CR 4cases, PR 4 cases,complete remission rate and total effective rate were 40.0% and 80.0%.RCHOP program group were CR 6 cases, PR 3 cases, complete remission rate and total effective rate were 54.5% and 81.8%.The complete response rate of the three groups was not significant (P> 0.05), the total effective rate was significantly (P <0.05),ECHOP group and RCHOP group complete remission rate and total effective difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, ECHOP and RCHOP were superior to CHOP program, have a high response rate.Between the two was no significant difference.
