Objective Summarizing intrauterine adhesions's diagnosis,treatment and influence to reproductive outcome by means of retrospecting a case of complete placenta previa and adherent placenta after hysteroscopic adhesiolysis.Methods Introducing the course of a case of complete placenta previa and adherent placenta after hysteroscopic adhesiolysis.And ananlyzing the cause and prevalence,diagnosis,treatment and influence to reproductive outcome of intrauterine adhesions.Results Delivery was accomplished by cesarean section because of substantial bleeding at 32+1 weeks. Amniotic fluid embolism and disseminated intravascular coagulation occurred when cesarean section. Hysterectomy was implemented finally because of bleeding problems . After the care and treatment of intensive care unit, the patient was recovered and discharged last. Her premature baby was taken to the neonatal ward for treatment for nearly two months and discharged last.Conclusion Intrauterine adhesions often occurs after induced abortion and it has adverse effects on reproductive outcome. Hysteroscopic adhesiolysis is the most important method of treatment. We should strengthen the adolescent and pre-marital,marriage reproductive health education to reduce unwanted pregnancies and the resulting uterine cavity operation, to reduce the incidence of intrauterine adhesions.
