The patients were dividied into coronary heart disease (CHD) group (n=60) and control group (n=20).According to the coronary angiography (CAG).CHD group was further divided into stable angina pectoris (SAP) group (n=20) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) group (n=40) according to the clinical property. in addition, according to the standard of ACC\AHA coronary changes.CHD grouop was divided into A type group, B type group and C type group, meanwhile according the degree of coronary lesion CHD group was further divided into light stenosis group, moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group; meanwhile according to the extent of coronary lesion CHD group was further dividied into 1 branches group ,2 branches group and 3 branches group. The levels of plasma adiponectin and MIF and the activity of Hypersensitivity C reaction protein in blood were measured by ELISA.Results (1) the levels of plasma MIF and the Hypersensitivity C reaction protein in CHD group were significant higher than those in control subjects. The levels of plasma adiponectin in CHD group was significant lower than those in control subjects.(2) the mainly coronary changes type of ACS was multitude branches lesion, heavy degree changes and B type and C type changes.the mainly coronary changes type of the SAP was single branches lesion, light degree changesand A type changes.the levels of plasma MIF and the Hypersensitivity C reaction protein in ACS group were significant higher than those in SAP group. The levels of plasma adiponectin in ACS group was significant lower than those in SAP group.(3) our results indicated that the plasma concentration of adiponectin decreased gradually and the levels of plasma MIF and the Hypersensitivity C reaction protein increased gradually along with the aggravate of coronary artery changes degree. This demonstrated that adiponectin,MIFand HsCRP are associated with the severity of coronary artery changes degree.(4) Ananlysis of regression of coronary lesion indicated that the extent of coronary lesion was positively associated with plasma MIF and Hypersensitivity C reaction protein and negatively associated with plasma adiponectin;the degree of coronary lesion was positively associated with Hypersensitivity C reaction protein and negatively associated with plasma adiponectin;the type of coronary lesion was positively associated with plasma MIF and Hypersensitivity C reaction protein. (5) Plasma adiponectin was negatively associated wih Plasma MIF and Hypersensitivity C reaction protein plasma MIF was positively associated with Hypersensitivity C reaction protein. Conclusions (1) Hs-CRP, MIF and adiponectin are associated with CHD. Adiponectin may be a protected factor of CHD. Hs-CRP, MIF may be promote the formative process of coronary atherosclerosis. (2)Hs-CRP, MIF and adiponectin are significantly associated with coronary lesion complexity in patients with CHD. Hs-CRP and MIF may be promote the progression of coronary artery changes. Hypoadiponectin may be attenuating the progression of coronary artery changes. (3) Hs-CRP, MIF and adiponectin are may be the useful predictor for coronary plaque whether it is a vulnerable plaque. High HsCRP and MIF levels may contribute to coronary plaque vulnerability. High adiponectin may contribute to coronary plaque stability. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF), Hypersensitivity C-reaction protein (Hs-CRP), adiponectin (APN), coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
