Comparison Clomiphene Minimal Stimulation And The GnRH-along/short Protocol For Poor Ovarian Response On Ovarian Stimulation In Vitro Fertilization

Objective:the efficiency of IVF in colmiphene minimail stimulation cycle was compared in GnRH-along/short Protocol cycleMethods:One hundred and twenty three who accept IVF or ICSI treatment from January 2008 to Dcember 2008 who ovarian poor response were randomly divided into 3 groups:groupA (Colomiphene minimal stimulation Protocol).groupB (GnRH-a long Protocol),group C(GnRH-a short Protoeol).There were 30 cases in groupA,30cases in gropB and 35cases in groupC.. compare of The total Gn ampoules,the stimulated days, the day of HCG administration,sermE2 level and LH level on the day of HCG administration and the number of retrie oeytes,fertilizationrate,eleavagerate, Pregnaneyrate, implantation rate and freezing rate between the three groups.Results:total Gn ampoules endometrial thickness and the number of retrieved ooeytes in the group A significantly lower than groupB and groupC(P<0.05). the serum E2 level on the day of HCG adlnlnistration,there was no significant difference between groupA and groupB,group A and group C(P>0.05).LH level on the day of HCG administration in the group A significantly higher than groupB and groupC(P<0.05).Conelusions:The minimal stimulation protocol have the similar clinical effectiveness with the GnRH-a long/shoert protocol and reduced the total Gn ampouls,the cost the cycle treatment,reduce ovarian medicine. minimal-ovrian stimulation isbetter.
