Especially, to investigate the microsurgery management of superior hypophyseal artery aneurysms. Methods:A total of 2 cases of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage performed CTA and showed the presentation of aneurysm clearly. They all located in superior hypophyseal artery. Both the aneurysms were clipped via the offside craniotomy to thrashed along the ICA to search and isolate aneursm. Results:Both the two patients have a good result, and the aneurysms were clipped completely verifying by CTA.Conclusion:Compared with craniotomy from the aneurysm side, the offside craniotomy to treat the superior hypophyseal artery aneurysms has a obvious advantage.
