And through observation of NF endotoxin induced acute lung injury in rat lung Aquaporin-land 5 expression, and discuss the mechanism of its protective effect.Method:190 cases observed symptoms, tongue and pulse of hospitalized patients with acute lung injury. The establishment of information database of clinical syndromes, the use of statistical methods, acute lung injury from a clinical point of view of changes of syndromes. There are 24 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, Normal group (A groud), Nervilia fordii pre-intervention group (B groud), endotoxin model group (C groud). Nervilia fordii protective effect on ALI:ALI After the modeling, and LPS model group, the protection of NF pre-lung tissue damage index decreased significantly reduce the performance of the lung tissue swelling, lung wet/dry weight ratio decreased permeability decreased;observed under the microscope, the structure of lung tissue damage, alveolar wall thickening, alveolar interval widened, cavity hemorrhage and exudation were reduced significantly, indicating lower degree of pathological damage, lung histopathology form significantly improved.
