Objective:To provide new method for preventing airflue reconstruction by observing the effect on bronchial asthma of JiaJianSheGanMaHuangTang (JJSGMHT) and discussing its mechanism from clinical studies and empirical research accor-ding to the principle that we should distinguish different diseases and then treat them.Method:1. Clinical Research:60 patients conformed to the research conditions were randomly divided into the treating group or normal control group. The treat-ing group was treated with JJSGMHT conmbined with General medicine treatment and the control group was treated only with general medicine treatment.The course of treatment was 7 days. To observe the variance of syndrome.2. Experimental Study:SPF rates were randomly divided into tow groups including normal control group and asthma group. Set up asthma model by inraperitoneal injecting and ultrasonic atomizing inhaling the liquor of ovalbumin and aluminum hydroxide. Proliferate in vitro the airway smooth muscle cells(ASMCs) by different drug serum. Obersve the cell growth condi-tions by MTT assay.Result:1.Clinical Research:The treating group controls revealing rate to surpass nomorl control group(P<0.05). Comparing with pre-treatment, the symptoms such as couph,expect-oration, gasp and wheezing were alleviated obviously between the tow groups (P<0.05). Comparing the difference of scorce, the changes of the symptoma such as couph, expectoration,gasp and wheezing of the treanting group bis larger than the control group(P<0.05).2. Experimental Study:(1)Cell's growth:We can see that the cell was fusiform with long synapes under Inverted microscope. There were one or tow nucleuses in the middle of the cell. It sticked wall in the third and fully extended in the seventh.The cultivation was full of ASMCs in the fourteenth. The cells which were parallel mutually but over-lapped partly presented the growth of typical"peak and vallay".The cells of second generation sticked wall after 12 to 24 hours. When 90% of them futioned after six days, they can be generated. ASMCs were detected byα-action immuno-fluorescence staining.(2)ASMCs' shine density (D) of different groups:In tow blank groups, asthma group's D was increased compared with normal control group(P<0.05). In normal groups, the D which was cultivated by PMA was increased compare with the blank group'D(P<0.05);the A which was cultivated by Ro-31-8220 or JJSGMHT and the blank group's D were not different in each(P>0.05). In asthma group's, the D which was cultivated by PMA was increased compaired with blank group(P<0.05); the D which was cultivated by Ro-31-8220 was decreased compaired with blank group(P<0.05);the D which was cultivated by high and middle dose JJSGMHT were all decreased compaired with blank group(P<0.05);the D which was cultivated by high and middle dose JJSGMHT were not different compaired with the D which was cultivated by Ro-31-8220.Conclusion:JJSGMHT improved airflue reconstruction by inhibiting proliferation ASMCs, ease of airway responsieness, and then improve the acute attack of asthma syndrome.
