Study On The Relevance Between The Difference Of Hormone Sensitivity And Symptoms And Signs,Differential Diagnosis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine About The Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective:To observed the cardinal TCM symptoms and signs of 150 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS)treated with prednisone, type of TCM symptoms and signs, and analyse the principle of TCM differential types and the relevance between the difference of Hormone sensitivity and TCM differential types.Methods:Formulating unified syndromes observation table, distinguish among different Hormone-sensitive types according to laboratory examination results and divided into two groups, matched control group (Hormone-sensitive group) and observer group(Refractory group). Record the symptoms, the objective signs, picture of the tongue and the pulse condition of the patients accurately and truthfully in the clinical observation table according to the experimental request, determine the type of syndrome according to the unified dialectical standard, analyse the principle of TCM differential types and Finally, put these data into SPSS13.0 software to evaluate their contributions, and then draw out the relevance between the difference of Hormone sensitivity and TCM differential types.Results:The average age of observer group is 33.56±13.91 years which is higher than that of matched control group, while the average age of matched control group is 28.77±11.09 years. The average course of illness of observer group is 26.84±38.84 months which is higher than that of matched control group while the average course of illness of matched control group is 14.97±21.36 months. Sufferer in the observer group age at 50 years old above total 17, share of an age segment all sufferers 77.3%,20 years old the following 12, share an of an age segment all sufferers 41.4%. In the matched control the sufferer age is in the under 20 years of age total 17, share of an age segment all sufferers 58.6%,50 years old above 5, share an of an age segment all sufferers 22.7%.In studying the primary symptoms, changing from hinger to lower of observer group is Qi (Yang) deficiency, Yin deficiengy, Qi-Yin deficiency; changing from hinger to lower of matched control group is Qi(Yang) deficiency, Yin deficiengy, Qi-Yin deficiency. Meanwhile, in studying the incidental symptoms, changing from hinger to lower of observer group is wind-dampness, wetness-heat, blood stasis; Changing from hinger to lower of matched control group is wind-dampness, wetness-heat, blood stasis. The truth or falsity mixs up, the observer group suffers a stroke wind-dampness and blood stasis much with Qi (Yang) deficiency mutually and, wetness-heat much with Qi (Yang) deficiency and Yin deficiency mutually and; The matched control group suffers a stroke wind-dampness, wetness-heat, blood stasis much with Qi (Yang) deficiency mutually and.Observer group deficiency symptom outbreak's leading is more than a matched control group. Among them in the observer group Qi(Yang) deficiency outbreak's leading is less than a matched control group, Yin deficiency and Qi-Yin deficiency outbreak's leading all is more than a matched control. wetness-heat,blood stasis outbreak's leading is more than a matched control in the observer group.Conclusion:The outbreak of hormone-sensitive PNS mainly regard teenager as principle, the course of illness is shorter, the performance of symptoms mainly is Qi (Yang) deficiency, mix up the incidental symptoms as wind-dampness, wetness-heat and blood stasis. But Refractory PNS mainly regard middle age and old people as principle, the course of illness is long, symptoms mainly performance for Qi(Yang) deficiency, Yin deficiency and Qi-Yin deficiency increase, wetness-heat and blood stasis increase too.The differential Diagnosis of TCM about the Primary Nephrotic Syndrome exist certain relativity with the difference of Hormone sensitivity.
