ObjectBy studying hemofiltration's clinical efficacy when treat on uremic patients with SIRS, observing patients's item, clinical symptom, evalute clinical efficacy of the different volume continuous hemofiltration in uremic patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome.MethodAccording to different volume of hemofiltration, all patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. All patients had continuous hemofiltration treatment. We analyzed parameter during therapy, such as blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiratory rate, clinical efficacy, we recorded blood biochemical creatinine, C-reactive protein, serum lactate and acute physiology of chronic health (APACHEâ…¡) score. Measurement data was analyed by Two sample t test between variance of one group after the therapy or analysis of variance amoung three groups.ResultsThree groups of patients have stable blood during the therapy. After 12 hours' therapy, the heart rate, respiratory rate, the body temperate had significant reduction. And observed 12 hours after treatment, creatinine, urea nitrogen recovery. The difference was statistically significant. Amoung the three groups, descent rate of serum lactate(F=5.61, P=0.009), C-reactive protein, (F=14.575, P<0.05), endotoxin and acute physiology and chronic health score(F=3.46, P=0.045), group B and group C was significantly lower than the group A.Conclusion1. Hemofiltration which for the treat of uremic patients with SIRS, have hemodynamic stability, improve of clinical symptoms.2. Continuous blood purfilation with higher clearance of small and medium material, to achieve adequate dialysis; Continuous high volume hemofiltration on inflammatory reaction in patients more effective than conventional volume hemofiltration;3. Continuous high volume hemofiltration can reduce the acute physiological and chronic disease score scores, which is better than other blood purification. treatment of uremia with systemic inflammatory response syndrome...
