ObjectiveTo observe the effects and safety of Flurbiprofen combined with Tramadol to prevent emergence agitation of children in recovery period.Methods60 children of ENT surgery were divided into 3 groups randomly,each 20 cases. GroupA were given Flurbiprofen (0.5mg/kg) before the surgery,GroupB were given Tramadol (lmg/kg) 20 minutes before finishing the surge and GroupC were given the two drugs with the same dose and opportunity.,To observe Agitation score,the time from withdrawal to recovery and side effects.Resultsemergence agitation score at esch time point:GroupA>GroupB> GroupC with P <0.01.In the three groupes.There was one case of nausea, vomiting in each B and C,there was no respiratory depression,coagulation abnormalities, or itching at each time point,Therr was no significant difference between the three groups,with P>0.05.ConclusionsInjection Flurbiprofen and Tramadol can prevent emergence agitation of children during recovery period,and were effective,rapid onset,long lasting and no obvious said effects,can be safely used for emergence agitation of children.
