The Therapeutic Strategy Within Perioperative Of Atlantoaxial Instabilitiy

ObjectiveTo summarize and analyze the therapeutic effect of atlantoaxial instability by operation and investigate the therapeutic strategy within Perioperative.MethodsThe therapeutic strategy within perioperative of 20 cases were retrospectively analyzed (male 17,female 3),aged from 21 to 65 years,included 2 cases of atlas fracture,6 cases of dens fracture,4 cases of atlas pedicle fracture,10 cases of atlantoaxial subluxation (3 cases of os odontoideum,l case of old odontoid fracture).ResultsTwenty cases were followed up for 6 months to 6 years, Averaged 1.8 years,.According to JOA standard for evaluation,the rate of improvement was 87.03%.ConclusionsThe choice of the therapeutic strategy within Perioperative of atlantoaxial instabilitiy plays an important role in the prognosis and recovery.
