Analyze the clinical and biological factors which possible influence ovarian carcinoma prognosis by univariate and multivariate analysis through COX proportional hazard regression model..Result1.120 serous ovarian carcinoma cases were invested,101 of which were followed-up successfully. The three-year survival rate was 45.54%. The five-year survival rate was 31.68%.2. Tha expression of Dicer was down-regulation from normal to SACA tissues. Dicer was detected positive expression in all the normal ovarian tissues. In serous cystadenoma, borderline serous cystadenoma and SACA, the positive rate of Dicer was 92.31% (12/13),7/9 (7/9),22.5% (27/120) separately. The difference is significant(X2=49.934, P<0.01). The differences of Dicer positive expression between normal ovarian tissues and SACA (X2=24.994, P<0.01), serous cystadenoma and SACA (X2=27.580, P<0.01), borderline serous cystadenoma and SACA (X2=13.180, P=0.01) are significant.
