ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of common bileduct jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis (operation 1) treatment of bile duct injury of bismuthâ…¢,â…£,â…¤.MethodsThrough comparing the curative effect of the bileduct repair with T tube draning(ope ration 2) in treating bismuthâ…¢,â…£,â…¤, the two different types (operationl and ope ration 2) of bile duct injury overall complication rate can be compared respective ly and also the statistics analysis done.ResultsThe overall complication rate of bismuthâ…¢,â…£,â…¤, which take the common bileduct jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis,significantly decrease (P<0.01) than that of the bileduct repair with T tube draning.ConclusionsComplicated duct injury (Bismuthâ…¢,â…£,â…¤type) is better to be repaired by using common bileduct jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis surgery.
