| Objective:To explore the characteristics of colorectal polyps in colonoscopy and The law of malignant polyps. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the location, size, shape, pathological of the polyps detected in our hospital by electronic colonoscopy, and analysis the relationship between the above-mentioned factors and the malignant polyp。Result:1214 cases of colorectal polyps are detected in 5236 cases of colonoscopy, Detection rate is 23.19%,811 cases were male,403 cases were female,737 cases were solitary polyps,477 cases were multiple polyps. The total number of the polyps is 1924, of which 1212 cases (62.99%) were Adenomatous polyp, and There are 45 cases (3.71%) of Malignant polyps appear。All the Malignant polyps come from Adenomatous polyp。malignant polyp is closely related to Patient's age and the location, size, shape, pathological of the polyp. Conclusion:the location, size, shape, hair ingredients of the polyp and the Patient's age are closely related to Malignant polyp occurrence. All the polyps should be removed, Whether the polyp is small or not. |
