Report On Two Cases Of Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism

Objective To realized the disease of idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. Method Retrospective analyses the 2 patients of this disease. Results The patients showed gonad hypoevolutism, low level of gonadal hormone, and genetypes showed no abnormality, while MRI showed normat with the female and empty sella turcica with the male. The patients developed significantly after replacement therapy. Conclusion The most important point is early detection and treatment, and it also shows that different therapies match with different periods.
