The preoperative evaluation of intracranial aneurysms between emboliza- tion and clipping.Object: Comparison of preoperative factors on craniotomy clipping and embolization treatment prognosis of two correlation, Individualized treatment programs designed, Improve the prognosis for patients Improve the prognosis of patients.Method: Retrospective analysis of Neurosurgery, General Hospital of Daqing Oil Field Since November 1999 to November 2009 340 patients were treated cases of intracranial aneurysms By craniotomy clipping surgery and interventional surgical group, Preoperative factors were recorded, including: gender, age, underlying diseases, Fisher grades, Hunt-Hess classification, imaging demonstrated the aneurysm site, size of aneurysm neck width and the ratio of long axis (AspectRatio, AR) and other factors.Records were followed up for 3 months of clinical symptoms observed recovery, review the 64-slice CTA or DSA, to understand changes in aneurysm.Find the size of its relevance to the rationalization, individual design treatment. Conclusion:Factors in the preoperative evaluation of patients with gender, aneurysm size factor is not aneurysm surgery in patients with two risk factors of prognosis; Craniotomy age and negative effects associated with the surgery involved no correlation; This study shows that hypertension and high blood sugar, Fisher grade, Hunt-Hess grade, timing of surgery were aneurysm surgery in patients with craniotomy factors affecting. However, high blood pressure, surgical treatment involved no significant correlation;Aneurysm major axis / neck width (AR) and embolization prognosis correlated; after embolization slightly higher rate in patients with good prognosis; Only carefully selected acute ruptured aneurysm can be achieved the desired results. Craniotomy clipping surgery and embolization in the treatment of many cases there is complementary, but allow interventional treatment of patients because of the low requirement of preoperative factors and the trauma and rapid recovery characteristics can be the first choice intervention; accurate preoperative assess the proposed rationalization of the patients, personalized treatment plan designed to significantly improve the rate of patients recovered well.
