Objective:Acute Biliary Pancreatitis (ABP) is one of the common diseases in clinical. In recent years, with the development of endoscopic and minimally invasive techniques to provide new treatment methods for the ABP. The study is a summary of individual endoscopic laparoscopic treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis (ABP) of the safety and clinical effects.Method:Case of patients with ABP (N=120) were random divided into two groups. According to individualized treatment programs, The study Group (N=77) were different from the endoscopic treatment with retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), sphincterotomy (EST), and (or) nasal biliary drainage (ENBD), of which 24 cases Pancreatitis after remission and treatment with laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).The control group(N=43) for conservative treatment or surgery. Observed two groups of hospitalization days, time to ease abdominal pain, serum amylase returned to normal hours, hospitalization costs and the incidence of complications and mortality for analysis and comparison. Results:The Study Group in hospitalization days, time to ease abdominal pain and serum amylase returned to normal time and the incidence of complications and hospitalization costs were lower than the control group, the statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusions:The individual treatment of Endoscopic laparoscopic with ABP was high security and satisfaction with low price. It mag well be the ideal method of treatment compared with conventional treatment.
