The Expression Of HSP60 In Multinedular Hepatocellular Carcinoma And Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To investigate the expression of HSP60 in primary multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma(IM group and MO group).Methods: Detect the expression of HSP60 in 17 cases of IM group, 21 cases of MO group, 8 Patients in single nodule group, 14 cases of normal liver tissue by Immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR and Western-blot.Results: The positive rate of HSP60 in IM group is 80% (32/40); 56.8% (25/44) in MO group. A significant difference shows in the positive rate of IM group compare with that of the MO group (P=0.035). The expression of HSP60 at the mRNA level increase in IM group(P<0.001), MO group (P=0.004) and single nodule group (P=0.014). there is no any significant differences showed between IM group and the MO group (P=0.074); single nodule group display any statistically significant difference to MO group(P=0.632) ;as well as IM group (P=0.589).In western-blot,the expression of HSP60 protein up-regulation in IM group, MO group and single nodule Group vs normal liver tissues (P<0.001,P=0.001,P=0.007).There is significant difference displayed between IM group and MO group (P=0.042). The expression of HSP60 protein in multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma group(IM and MO) and single nodule group is similar(P=0.533,P=0.591).Conclusion: The expression of HSP60 in hepatocellular carcinoma upregulation, IM is more significant than the rise MO.The expression of HSP60 may controlled at several levels.The tumor cells which express more HSP60 may have higher aggressive.
