At the year of 2003, Daqing Oil Field General Hospital Group was emerged, though commencing late, decision makers of the hospital lead the whole hospital forward step by step actively and steadily according to current circumferences.Objective:It took a long time to observing and contemplating the application of three-level management in Daqing Oil Field General Hospital Group.Methods:The objective of this essay is to explore whether the three-level management does good for the development of the hospital group, conclude and summarize the experiences, and also make scientific predictions and suggestions on future developments of the hospital and provide cues for other hospital collectivization.Results:The results showed that under the three-level management in the general hospital group the amount of outpatients and medical income improved significantly ;the bed utilization decreased in the third-class hospital but increased in the second-hospital; The number of two-way referral was increased significantly. The degree of satisfaction of patient and doctor was improved .Conclusion:with the implementation of the Daqing Oil Field General Hospital Group has gained good economical benefits as clinical income, out-patient numbers etc increase obviously; social benefits reflect in high proportioned satisfaction among both patients and medical staff, and the hospital's enchanced reputation. this three-level management model is proved effective to the development of Daqing Oil Field General Hospital Group.
