| Objective: Abnormal sensation of throat is a common symptom in the clinic of department of otorhinolaryngology-head and neck. The symptom of this kind of disease and the course of it are different. But the negative emotion can influence the patients common live style, so the society and family, individual will be suffered a lot. Even it can reduce to severe result, finally they will lost their ability to survive.With the development of our society, more and more person would suffer this kind of disease. The causation of abnormal sensation of throat is so complexity and to diagnose it is so difficulty. Some of these patients have to visit doctor again and again, the expense of country and personal property will decrease. So to research the causation of abnormal sensation of throat and to explore a new way to diagnose and treat it, ultimately assist the clinic doctors to cure it is essential.Methods: To choose the 382 patients who were treated in the clinic of the first hospital in QinHuangDao city during the February of 2008 to the December of 2008 , all of them were diagnose as functional disease by developed machine . Then they were divided into two groups at random , three hundred cases were treated by combination of the medicine of amelioration of neurotransmitter and biopsychosocial medical modal therapy according to the condition of the individual , the rest cases were treated by the medicine of Vitamin B and Oryzanol Tablets only . Before and after that we fulfill a table correlate this kind of suffering and after that we examine them again or enquire them by telephone to observe the curative effect of them in one month and three month. We check the result until it is correct and then to analyse it by SPSS 11.5 software . To analyse the comparison of ratio by Chi-square and for the means is t-test. Only p<0.05 is significant.Results: According to the standard of disappearance or alleviation of abnormal sensation of throat , the symptoms of these patients are different between two groups after the treatment of one month and three months . The former group's is better than the other's , the correction symptom , such as nervous symptom,anxiety,dread to the illness and the turbulence of the function auto-nerve symptom , such as short-breath,flutter in heart,stuffy thorax were improved in a certain degree . The effective ratios in former group are 77.7% in one month and in three month are 69.0% , and the control group in one month is 24.4% and 12.2% in three month, all of results were compared and they are significant(p<0.05) , (Table 2 and Table 3 show that after one month and three month, the rate of effective of treatment group and control group has been compared by SPSS11.5 soft ware).however the condition about age, sex and the course of diseases between two groups were compared and they are unsignificant(p>0.05) .(Table 1show that before the therapy to treatment group and control group, the result of the identical condition of age, sex and the course of the diseases between two groups has been compared)Conclusions: To apply the medicine of ameliorating neurotransmitter that express message or transfer the impulse between presynaptic membrane and postsynaptic membrane , and synthesize biopsychosocial medical model to cure the abnormal sensation of throat according to the individual, the effect is significant. |
