University Students are a special group of contemporary society, the current investigation aimed at University students NAFLD rarely reported in the literature to understand the prevalence of NAFLD University students and related factors have important practical significance.Objective:To understand the engineering university undergraduates non-alcohol fatty liver disease prevalence and to analyze the relevant factors in Daqing University,and the risk factors for the development of preventive health measures to reduce the incidence of University students provide the basis for NAFLD.Methods:Take sampling methods of investigation for the University Students in Daqing University to extract a sample of 2288 people carried out a physical examination, laboratory tests, and B-mode ultrasound identified a sample of the prevalence of NAFLD; accompanied by a uniform training of investigators after the sample conducted a epidemiological survey to find students eating habits and lifestyles, and analyze their impact on the prevalence of NAFLD.Results: The survey include 2288 people,there are men accounted for 69.36%, and women account for 30.64%; high grade students are accounted for 49.7%, with 50.3% lower grade students. The prevalence of NAFLD sample 10.05%, gender was no significant difference in prevalence of high-grade students 12.31%, low-grade students the prevalence of 7.82%, there are significant differences. NAFLD prevalence in the different distribution of body mass index of University students are different in obese people with NAFLD ratio of 75%. Compared with normal body mass index, obesity and overweight prevalence increased, with statistical significance. NAFLD prevalence in people with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fasting blood sugar or diabetes increased the University students, there are significant.NAFLD prevalence in the regular restaurants, dinner, eat too much, exercise too little and drinking behavior of University students was significantly higher way of life.
