The Effection Of Xingqihuoxue Decoction On The Coagulation And Fibrinolysis System After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective: Through the intervention of Xingqihuoxue Decoction on the patients after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy to compare with control group,observe the change of PT,APTT,Fg,DD and PAgT. Understanding the status of the coagulation and fibrinolysis system supply a reference for preventing Deep Venous Thrombosis after operation,approaching clinical value and perpective of application.Methods: 20 patients of LC were divided randomly into two groups,the treatment group (10 cases) was treated with Xingqihuoxue Decoction on the base of treatment of the control group (10 cases). Both of the groups were given anti-infection,inhibiting acid,anti-sign and supporting. The changes of clinical symptom and laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results :PT changed significantly in the 6h after LC compared to preoperation in both groups(P<0.05). The treatment group changed,but the control group didn't in opration 3d compared with 6h,3d after opration compared with preoperation. But the means were within normal limits. APTT was no significant change all along. The Fg,DD and PAgT changed in the 6h after opration.3d after opration compared with 6h,the treatment group changed but the control group didn't.Fg,PAgT changed no difference in two sets,DD changed different. The symptoms(abdominal distention,pain,nausea and vomitting,appetite) of post-opration and the time of out-of-bed activity had no difference in integration. Demonstration and anal duration of ventilation changed obviously.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine of Xingqihuoxue Decoction can affect on anticoagulation and fibrinolysis. It can improve tongue demonstration,promote passage of gas by anus after opration and play no adverse reaction. It has value of clinical and research for preventing DVT after the opration of laparoscope.
