Objective: To investigate the dyslipidemia and its' relationship with atheroslerosis in non-dialysis phase of chronic kidney disease(CKD),for early prevention and better clinical treatment.Information and methods:1.Study samples:70 cases with CKD in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University were studied retrospectively from July 2008 to December 2008.2.Investigating contents: Blood samples of all patients was drawn from the ulnar vein when patients were in resting state in the morning, after forbidding food and drink for 8-10 hours, then totol cholesterol(T-Ch), triglyceride(TG), serum creatinine(Scr), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), lipoprotein (a) [Lp (a) ] are measured. .The age, body weight(kg) and IMT of all patients were recorded.3:Groups: All 70 cases were devided into three groups according to the glomerular filtration rate(GFR) and according to the standard of CKD. The patients for every stage 3,4,5 of CKD were 24,23, 23, respectively.. 25 cases of the control group, including 13 cases of male and female 12 case with normal liver and kidney function, blood sugar, electrocardiogram, echocardiography and there was no positive history of hypertension and coronary heart disease manifestations. 4.Statistical Analyses: All data were analysed by SPSS version 14.0. The significant level was established at 0.05.Results: There was always dyslipidemia in all patients with chronic kidney disease, and the level of TG and Lp(a) were higher than that of the control cases. In CKD4.5, because of serious malnutrition, the level of T-Ch, HDL-C, LDL-C descent abviously respectively. TG, LDL-C,LP(a),correlating closely to atherosclerosis, were abnormal in all stages. TG, Lp(a), LDL-C were one of the important risk factors for atherosclerosis. Conclusions: Atherosclerosis is associated closely with the dyslipidemia in CKD . So we should pay attention to the dyslipidemia in CKD, as to reduce the formation of atherosclerosis, and eventually reduce incidence and mortality of cardiovascular events. |
