| To observe Zhengqingfengtongning injection on the treatment of rabbit osteoarthritis , dicuss the mechanism of action and provide experimental evidence for clinical therapeuthy.Method: the osteoarthritis model was made by injecting 4% papain in the articular cavity of rabbit and fixing rabbit knee joint at the state of flection . After model formed ,the animal model were infused Zhengqingfengtongning injection inarticulation genus. Record the diameter,activity and swelling integral of rabbit knee joint before and after administration. After administration,extracting joint synovia was made routine inspection and measured the content of NO,IL-1βand PGE2 respectively. At the same time ,the pathological examination and immunohistochemistry of MMP-1 for rabbit knee joint were perfomed.Result: Zhengqingfengtongning injection can delieve joint swelling and increase joint activity. compared with model group, the content of NO,IL-1βand PGE2 and inflammatory cell infiltration was decresed and the pathological examination revealed synovia membrane inflammation and the degeneration of cartilage.Conclusion: Zhengqingfengtongning injection have more treating action osteoarthritis animal model ,so it provided powerful pharmatical basis for now clinical adaption. Its pharmacodynamics action systerms maybe restrain regession of articular cartilage and inflammatory action of articular cavity. |
