The Expression And Significance Of P27 And NF-κB In Endometriosis | Posted on:2010-07-15 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Z Z Rao | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2144360278969148 | Subject:Obstetrics and gynecology | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objective:To investigate the expression and relevance of NF-κB and P27 in endometriosis for exploring the role of NF-κB and P27 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NF-κB and P27 in the endometriosis group,including the ectopic endometrium from 30 cases with endometriosis(ectopic endometrium group)and the eutopic endometrium from 25 cases with endometriosis(eutopic endometrium group),and them in the normal endometrium of 30 cases without endometriosis(control group).Results:The expression of NF-κB in the endometriosis group(ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group) was highly positive,and it was puny in control group.The increased expression level of NF-?B was seen in the endometriosis group(ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group)compared with that of in control group.Increased expression of NF-?B was detected in the ectopic endometrium group compared with that of the eutopic endometrium group.The expression of NF-?B in secretory phase was significantly higher than that in proliferative phase in the eutopic group and the control group.The expression of P27 in the endometriosis group(ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group)was puny,and it was highly positive in control group.We revealed decreased expression of P27 in the endometriosis group(ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group)compared with that in control group.Decreased expression of P27 was detected in the ectopic endometrium group compared with that in the eutopic endometrium group.The expression of P27 in secretory phase was slightly higher than that in proliferative phase in the control group.There was no difference between the different menstrual phase of the eutopic group.The expression of P27 and NF-?B in the endometriosis group(ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group)and the control group has negative correlation,the correlation coefficient is -0.927.Conclusions:1 The up regulation of NF-?B and the down regulation of P27 in the endometriosis suggestes that NF-?B and P27 may play a role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.2 The NF-?B and P27 may cause the endometriosis together. | Keywords/Search Tags: | endometriosis, NF-κB, P27, relevance, immunohistoch- emistry | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
