DWI Combined With Contrast-enhanced In The Identification Of Benign And Malignant Breast Lesions Application

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic ability to differentiate benign and malignant disease breast lesions by the technological methods and the achieved parameters of diffusion weighted MR Imaging(DWI).Methods: 30 cases(35 lesions) that were proved by Pathologic exzaminantion include 16 malignant cases(16 lesions)and 14 benign cases(19 lesions.). Using Siemense Magnetom Trio Tim 3.0T MR and a proprietary phase array breast coil to do both and whole breasts MRI. First,diffusion weighted imaging was done with the single shots SE一EPI sequence. b=50s/mm2,200s/mm2,500s/mm2,800s/mm2,slice thikness,4mm. Dynamic contrast-enhanced scan line and then, dynamic contrast-enhanced scan: axial T1WI, FL3D (fast low angle shot three-dimensional imaging sequence), plus fat-suppressed, TR / TE: .4.23ms/l.57ms, the anti-corner 10. , Thickness: 0.9mm. DWI showed 94. 7%benign lesions(18/19) and 100% malignant lesions(16/16). The sensitivity of 97. 1%. Relative ADC value of a normal group of benign and malignant there was a significant difference.78.9% (15/19) of the benign form of rules, the edge of smooth, 52.3% (10/19) who leaves a benign tumor; 93.8% (15/16) irregular shape of malignant tumors, 93.8% (15 / 16) which are glitches. Benign and malignant lesions of the morphological features were significantly.Conclusion: 1 .DWI conclusions on the sensitivity of breast lesions is very high. 2 .ADC value of benign and malignant breast lesions to identify the parameters of significant value. 3 .Breast enhancement MRI can provide clear, rich morphological information. The combination of both benign and malignant breast lesions on the correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis of great value.
