| Objective: To explore incidence of the primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) and its clinical characteristics, in order to.raise awareness of the deaseMethods: The clinical data such as sex,occupation,age,first symptom,HBV markers,hepatic functions,tumor markers,image data,etc of 137 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma were analyzed.Results:1. 137 patients,there were 113 males (82.4%),the patients mainly distributed in the countryside and occupational mainly peasant. 2.30-59 years old was high incidence. 3. The highest proportion of initial symptoms was dull pain or discomfort in area of liver or in right upper quadrant of abdomen. 4. The total HBV infection rate was 91.2%, The infection mode of HBV serum markers in PHC patients was mostly HBsAg,anti-Hbe,and anti-HBc positive mode("Secondary 3 positive), some were Pre-S1. 5.Liver damage: more than 80% of patients presented increased Transaminase and AST significantly was higher than ALT. 6. There were 108 cases (78.8%)with AFP positive in 137 PHC. In the total 137 patients with PHC,the increased rate of AFP in the group with positive HBV—M were higher than that in the negative group,without statistical significance. 7.Only 4.4% patients were classied as in stage I,Image indicated placeholder in the main right liver.Conclusion: To these grass-roots groups:HBsAg,anti-HBe,and anti-HBc positive mode("Secondary 3 positive), Pre-S1 positive, At the age of 30-59 years old,male, Should be more regular medical check-ups, there is important significance in the early detection of liver cancer. |
