The Expression And Significance Of Dicer In Gastric Cell Lines And Gastric Cancer Tissue

Objective To detect the expression and significance of Dicer in gastric cell lines and gastric cancer tissue.Methods Western-Blot and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of Dicer in normal gastric mucosa cell line GES-1,human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901,25 surgical removed gastric cancer tissue and complete sequence tissue.Results The expression of Dicer in human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 was lower than that in normal gastric mucosa cell line GES-1(p<0.05),the expression of Dicer in gastric cancer tissue was lower than that in complete sequence tissue (p<0.05); The expression of Dicer is correlated with differentiation degrees of gastric cancer tissue.The expression of Dicer in poorly differentiation group is lower than that in moderately differentiation group(p<0.05), and the expression of Dicer in moderately differentiation group is lower than that in well differentiation group(p<0.05).Conclusions The expression of Dicer is obvious descend in gastric cancer tissue and gastric cancer cell lines and correlated with differentiation degrees of gastric cancer.
