Congestive Heart Failure With Tradition Chinese Medicine Sub Standard Clinical Research Related To Atrial Natriuretic Peptide

Objective:Clinical objective of heart failure(CHF)in patients with plasma atrial natriuretic peptide(pANP) changes of content toexplore pANP with CHF typing the relationship between Chinese medicine and as a CHF typing laboratory objective indicators of the possibility of detec -tion and significance,combined with clinical symptoms,signs and tongue vein disease CHF in order to establish newstandards for TCM,TCM clinical diagnosis and the election administration side Methods:patients with CHF 160 cases,of wich male 77 cases of male,femal 83 Cases, aged 21～96 years old,theaverage(64.41±12.43) years older,46 cases of coronary heartdisease,32 cases of hypertensive heartdisease,30 cases of cardiomyopathy,27 cases of rheumatic heart disease,25 casesof puluonary heart disease,cardiac function distribution forthe classⅡ～Ⅳ, clinical observation of patients with CHFsymptoms,signs,tongue vein disease,and detection pANP content,and 23 cases of patients with relatively normal cardiacfuncation.1.Choose 160 cases of patients with CHF according for criteria of the diagnosis and to remove any noncompli -ant,in patients with incomplete data.2.Records of patients with normal circumstances,the tongue vein disease,respiration,blood pressure,heart rate,rhythm,jugular vein filling,liver size,lower extremity edema and other signs and the extent of the score,in the light of the national clinical study of Chinese medicine will be the guiding principles of CHF patients were divided into 5 groups:45 cases of phlegm resistance lung group,29 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis group,35 cases of qi and yin loss group,26 cases of heart and kidney yang deficiency group,25 cases of Yang Pan water group.3.an additional 23 cases of normal control group, and has ruled out secondary cardiovascular disease,in order to determine the normal range pANP content.4.pANP determination:determination by radioimmunoassay pANP content in each group were compared to determ -ine CHF TCM pANP content and relevance.5.data analysis methods: with statistical package SPSS 13.0,measurement data to mean±standard deviation((?)±s) that the ratio between the two groups were the t test, more than a few groups were compared using analysis of variance F test, count data using chi-square test,correlation analysis using linear correla-correlation analysis.(p＞0.05),there was no significant difference,(p＜0.05),statistically significant difference,(p＜0.01),significantdiffere -nce statistically significant.The Results:1.CHF group of relevant factor -s,In addition to signs of score differences were significant(p＜0.05), other factorsthe difference was not significant(p＞0.05).2.CHF patients pANP determina-tion to(344.3±73.05) ng/L,significantly higher than that(194.3±36.28) ng/L,the two groups,with significant statistical significance(p＜0.01),and CHF group with the degree of heart failure increased,the pANP content has been increased in each group compared with the control group,significant statistical significance(p＜0.01).content in the CHF group pANP different types of Chinese medicine between the gr -oup with lung phlegm resistance(294±51.98) ng/L,Qi-deficiency and bloodstasis group(346.6±36.77) ng/L,Qi Yin Deficiency group(346.9±36.24) ng/L,heart kidneyyang-difience group(398.1±127.55) ng/L,Yang Pan-water group(371.7±36.55) ng /L increased gradually cha-nges,the inter-group comparison,there are statistically significant or sig -nificant statistical sign- ificance(p＜0.05, p＜0.01).Content in the CHF group 3.pANP different between cardiac function to increase heart funtio -n,Ⅱlevel(327.3±18.85) ng/ L,Ⅲclass(366.0±13.33) ng/L,Ⅳleve -1(425.7±105.85) ng/L followed by increased to compare the different classification,a significant statistical significance(p＜0.01).Conclusion:1.pANP content CHF cha nge and the relationship between TCM:CHF group different types of Chinese medicine group and pANP content was p -ositively cor- related(r= 0.873,p＜0.01),and pANP content,phlegm obstructing lung group (294±51.98) ng/L,cardiac function mostly classⅡ;Qi deficiency and blood stasis(346.6±36.77) ng/L,both Qi and Yin deficiency(346.9±36.24) ng/L,most of cardiac function gradeⅡ～Ⅲ;Heart-Kidney- Yang(398.1±127.55) ng/L,Yang Pan-water(371.7±36.55) ng/L, most of cardiac function gradeⅢ～Ⅳ.pANP may one of sensitive inda -ctor as CHF TCM typing and for the Chinese medicine provide an objec -tive basis for classification.
