| Objective:To assess the treatment of Alitride on ureaplasma urealyticum after infecting mice. Methods:1. 60 adult and healthy female mice of 8~10 weeks were randomly divided into 6 groups :the normal reference group(n=10),the model reference group(n=10) , the low Alitride treatment group(n=10),the high Alitride treatment group(n=10),the medicine reference group(n=10),the NS reference group(n=10). 2. Raise the 56 female mice in respective cage.Except the normal reference group the other groups mice were hyped the estrogen , once every week and continue for 4 weeks. At the end of the fourth week, take the serum 1 model standard ureaplasma urealyticum liquid into vagina tract of mouse with micro adding sample appliance,and continue 3 times. After establish successfully the vaginal infection mice model due to ureaplasma urealyticum, the Alitride treatment group was given to the treatment Alitride and the medicine reference group was given to the treatment Azithromycin .At the end of the course of treatment we killed these mice and took the uterus,oviduct and ovary to do the pathology, IHC-P and tem inspection.3. The data were used the SPSS 11.0 software to do X2,Fish precise inspect and partnership T inspect. P<0.05 show statistical significant. 4. Results:The Uu masculine rate of the low Alitride treatment group was lower than the NS reference group's Uu masculine rate. The Uu's number of the low Alitride treatment group between before the treatment and after the treatment was not different significantly (P>0.05) . The Uu masculine rate of the medicine reference group and the high Alitride treatment group between the NS reference group were different(P<0.05). The Uu masculine rate between the high Alitride treatment group and the NS reference group was not different significantly(P>0.05). The number of the Uu between the high Alitride treatment group and the NS reference group were markedly decrease than before the thetreatment (P<0.05) . The pathology and tem inspection result showed that the uterus,oviduct and ovary's inflammation of the Alitride treatment group are gradually lightened than that of the NS reference group.However, the healing efficacy of the low Alitride treatment group was inferior to the high Alitride treatment group. Conclusion :1. We can successfully establish the vaginal infection mice model due to ureaplasma urealyticum. The treatment of Alitride on ureaplasma urealyticum after infecting mice is effective and the Alitride can restrain and kill the ureaplasma urealyticum.The action of Alitride is similar to the Azithromycin. The action of the high Alitride is better than that of the low Alitride and the action is dose-effect's relation. |
