The Clinical Research Of The Relationship Between Children's Glomerulonephritis Hematuria's TCM Type And Renal Pathological Type,Laboratory Exam

Purpose To explore the relevance between the types of syndrome of traditional chinese medicine and the pathological types of kidney disease,laboratory exam in children's glomerulonephritis hematuria.So that some conclusions will be achived to guide the clinical working.Method According to the standard of the diagnosis of glomerulonephritis hematuria, collect 38 cases of such children in Jinling hospital.Through the observation of these 38 cases, collect the important and necessary clinical data,for example,synptom,sign,laboratory exam,et al.According to the traditional chinese medicine's basic theory,establish six types standards in children's glomerulonephritis hematuria.Besides,All of the 38 children,were taken the kidney biopsy,through which we got their kidney pathological types.Since these data were collected, use the statistical methods to analysis the relevance between them.Results1.The differences of the frequency distribution of the western pathological types into the traditional chinese medicine have no statistical significance.2.The differences of the frequency distribution of Urinary sedimentthe into the traditional Chinese medicine have a notable statistical significance.Conclusions Both types of kidney pathology and the types of syndrome of the traditional Chinese medicine don't have obvious relevance.But the types of syndrome of the traditional chinese medicine and Urinary sedimentthe have a relevance.
