Step-down Particles Yishen Renal Damage In Hypertension-related Target Of The Impact Study

Observed after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs,blood pressure,heart rate and early kidney damage in laboratory indicators:urinary MAlb,urinaryβ2-MG,urinary NAG and so on, after the end of treatment,all the information entered into the computer,using statistical procedures SPSS.Results:Blood pressure after treatment showed that the treatment group Yishen particles symptom score was significantly lower than the control group,and there is significant difference (p＜0.01).Antihypertensive effect in the total efficiency,the two groups showed no significant differences,but the efficiency of the treatment group significantly better than the control group (p＜0.05).In terms of the range of step-down effect and showed that the treatment group significantly reduced SBP in the control group,and had no significant effect on heart rate,heart rate control group significantly affected.In addition,the treatment group,urine NAG,β2-MG than those in pre-treatment has declined significantly(p＜0.01) than before treatment mAlb urine decreased significantly(p＜0.05);control group,urine NAG,β2-MG after treatment than before treatment decreased(p＜0.05).Comparison of the two groups after treatment,the treatment group decreasedβ2-MG and there is significant difference in the control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion:The step-down Yishen particles and add felodipine alone felodipine(Plendil) compared to the improvement of symptoms,blood pressure and MALB,blood,urineβ2-MG, urinary NAG latter regard the former is better than that of Chinese medicine Renal protection at an advantage.
