Research On The Pattern Of TCM Syndromes Distribution In Chronic Gastritis

Objective:To investigate the relationship between different TCM syndromes of chron ic gastristis(CG) and factors such as age,Hp,mucosal erosion,IM,type of CG so as to conclude the pattern of syndromes distribution,and offer reference for the preventi on and treatment of chronic gastritis.Method:398clinical data were collected but 392 was used actually and the statistical software SPSS 13.0 was used in order to analyze the data.Result:Spleen-stomach qi deficiency type case was most of all TCM syndromes of C G,heat-cold complex type was the least.Hp infection,mucosal erosion,and IM hadsi gnificant relationship with TCM syndrome distribution;Age and type of CG had nosig nificant relationship with TCM syndrome distribution;Spleen-stomach qi deficiency type was often found in both Hp group.Liver-stomach disharmony type,was found often when Hp was positive,liver-stomach heat type often found when in Hp negative grou p.Deficient cold of spleen and stomach type often occurred when CG with mucosal er osion;Spleen-stomach qi deficiency type often found when CG without mucosal erosion; Liver-stomach disharmony type and dificiency of middle energizer and damp-heat type were often found in both of the them.CAG with IM is highest proportion of CG wit h IM,while CSG with IM accout for lowest percent.Spleen-stomach qi deficiency ty pe and dificiency of middle energizer and damp-heat type were often found in CG wi th IM,Liver-stomach disharmony type and Spleen-stomach qi deficiency type were oft en found in CG without IM.Conclusion:The research showed that Spleen-stomach qi deficiency type and liver-sto mach disharmony type were often found in CG.Therefore,replenishing qi to invigorat e the spleen and fortifying the upright qi are the bases of treatment of the illness and the key to prevent re-occurrence of chronic gastristis.
