Objective:Based on the understanding to this disease of the ancient literature of The motherland medicine.Combining the treatmeat reports of modern TCM and the treatment experience of my tutor.Observe the therapeutic effection of JIAWEI TOUNONGSAN to this disease.Hope to provide a new idea.Methods:20 cases of acute onset of the cholecystitis patients who all came from Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM were divided into group l (10cases) and group 2(10cases) at random.The groupl was treated by general theatmeat while the group 2 was treated by JIAWEI TOUNONGSAN based on the general theatmeat.The two groups had beed treated for seven days(1 periods of treatmeat).Combining the outcome of symptoms and signs and laboratory tests pre and post treatmeat.Including 1:symptoms and signs:pain of probably right,fever, nausea and vomiting,Jaundice,constipation,impairment of appetite, tendemess of probably right.2:functional of liver:AST,ALT,ALP,γ-GT.3:Cell factors of inflammation:IL-6,TNF-α,CRP.All data were dealed with Stat.soflware SPSS 12.0.And the data were done by statistics analysis using self controlled observation and inter-group control. therapeutic.After the end of the theatmeat,the group treated by JIAWEI TOUNONGSAN based on the general theatmeat is better than the one treated by general theatmeat in AST,ALT,γ-GT,IL-6,pain of probably right,tenderness of probably right and constipation,with significant(P＜0.05).The other indexes without significant(P＞0.05)。Conclusion:JIAWEI TOUNONGSAN can improve the functional of liver obviously,reduce the dames of the liver,protect the liver;reduce release of cell factors of inflammation,reduce inflammatory reaction; ease the symptoms of pain and constipation effectively.It is the effective way to treat the Acute onset of the cholecystitis and it is worth to application by medical workers in clinical work.
