Studies The Impact Of Yiqijianpi Huoxue Combined With Chemical Therapy On Quality Of Life Of The Patient With Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective:To observe Yiqijianpi huoxue combined with chemical therapy treating gastric cancer on the quality of life,and evaluate the curative effect and advantage of yiqijianpi huoxue in advanced gastric cancer.Providing clinical edvidence for Chinese medicine spread and applied in advanced gastric cancer and other malenant carcinoma.Methods:47 cases with advanced gastric cancer randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(Yiqijianpi huoxue combined with chemotherapy mDCF) with 24 cases, the control group(chemotherapy alone mDCF) with 23 cases.The treatment group with mDCF conventional chemotherapy,and 21 days as a course of continuous observation for 2 cycles.Chemotherapy treatment group with Yiqijianpi huoxue for oral taken once a day in the interim period.Compared two groups in changes in tumor lesions,quality of life, and the improvement of symptoms Chinese situation.Results:①comparison in Tumor size:there is no significant difference in both groups (P＞0.05).②comparison in Quality of life:compare the improvement of EORTCQLQ-C30 grades between the two groups,There is significant improvement of daily activities, emotions,activity(P＜0.05) in the control group,significant improvement in all aspects in the treatment group(P＜0.05).③comparison in Symptoms of TCM improvement:In the treatment group,5 Cases were marked effect,10 cases were effect,the total effective rate up 75%;in the control group,3 cases were marked effect,4 cases were effect,the total effective rate only 33.3%,there is significant difference in the two groups(P＜0.01).④Comparison in physical condition.Karnorfsy score of the two groups were both improved after treatment.There is statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:①Yiqijianpi huoxue combined with chemotherapy mDCF can improve the Symptoms of TCM and quality of life of the patients with advanced gastric cancer.②further up showed that the treatment of carcinoma need all kinds of methods,Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy can remarkably improve the QOL of the patients with Advanced gastric cancer,and enhance the curative effect.
