Analysis Of Treatment Of Unresectable Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma(38 Cases)

Objective:: Reserch for non surgical treatment(Radiotherapy andchemotherapy)for non surgical resection of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, to the survival influence of the patients.Background: Most of the intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma was found on end stage, radical resection was difficult done, though prognosis was poor to this type of patients. Clinical radiotherapy and chemotherapy was the choose for treatment.Object & Methods: By chart reading, according th the patient clinical sign, diagnosis, non-surgical procedure and pathogenesis staging as analysis peripheral intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma patient condition. The relationship between, way of treatment and non-surgical procedure, pathodifferentiation clinical staging, drainage-operation survival rate. Clinical choose more chemotherapy and radiotherapy for the patients. Results & methods: In different relationship between, way of treatment and non-surgical procedure . pathodifferentiation, clinical staging, post-drainage survival rate, jaundice, radiotherapy, chemotherapy. Patient survival rate from few months to four years. Between this , there are two survival patients still under follow up for treatment. 10 patients with jaundice, 28 patients without jaundice, between without jaundice two patients survival. 24 patients with chemotherapy 13 patients without chemotherapy and 1 survival at the side. No chemotherapy median live 3 months (95%CI(2.185, 3.815) with chemotherapy median live for 6 months (95%CI (1. 397, 10. 603). By Breslow test fit below cross matching condition use), 2 team before 3 months no log number cross matching sign, until after 24 months 2 team log number developed cross matching.26 patients with radiotherapy, 12 patients without radiotherapy.One with radiotherapy still alive.Without radiotherapy median life 2 months(95%CI(2.247, 3.753), with radiotherapy avarange madian life 6 months(95%CI(0. 000. 17814), By Breslow testing prominent(P=0.34), (Berslow test fit below cross matching condition use), but according to the figure2 team survival log number no sign of cross matching, but log rank testingnoted no proninant(P=0. 700), facter is no enough speicernents. There are 5 influrent factors, age, metastasis cancer, jaundice control facter, chemotherapy, radiotherapy as explants factor, work by stair type COX, by Wald test method.Conclusion: only age reached prominent level(P=. 02), chemotherapy had close to prominent level (P=0. 32, therefore chemotherapy can provided the life of cancer patients is confine and effective. Using both chemotherapy and radiotherapy, by COX type and excluded radiotherapy, unprominant is noted.
