It can promote blood flow, alleviate pain and invigorate the kidney. It mainly uses in treating osteoarthritis that be aroused by muscle and vessel stasis. Its symptoms are arthrosis pain and swelling, the activity is disadvantageous, extremity is numb, waist and knee are aching pain and so on. Regarding this praeparatum, this article studies the main pharmacodynamics experimental. The research indicate that: Jingu tablet can obviously improve the model rat and the rabbit's joint degeneration and each index of correlation. It can remarkably improve the abnormality of blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit of the acute blood stasis rat. It also can improve mouse's auricle microcirculation and can suppress the mouse's ache response that be caused by the heat source and chemical stimulation (0.6 % glacial acetic acid).
