| Objective: To study the pathomorphological characteristics between Hirschsprung's disease (HD) and Hirschsprung's allied disease (HAD)by us- ing Bcl-2,calretinin (CR),neuron specific enolase(NSE),S-100 prote- inum and catepsin D ( CAD ) immunohistochemical staining techniques, for improving the diagnosis rates。Methods: Routine HE staining and Bcl-2, calretinin (CR), neuron specific enolase(NSE), S-100 proteinum and catepsin D(CAD)were used to mark the intestinal wall of the distension segment and the spasm segment which included in this study the transmigration segment after the HD operation. Results: There were 86(86%)HD and 7(7%) HAD in the 100 cases。The other 7 cases can not be diagnosed HD or HAD。Conclusions:. The neurons and ganglion cells between allied HD group and HD group are significantly difference, using Bcl-2, calretinin (CR), neuron specific enolase(NSE), S-100 prote- inum and catepsin D(CAD)immunohistochemical staining techniques。The diagnosis of allied HD is depended mainly on its pathologic characteristics;the specific expression of Bc1-2,CR,CAD,S-100,NSE took an essential role in the diagnosis,to offer base on allied HD treatment. |
