Objective: To examine the different expression of HOXA-10 in the non-pegnent and pregnant group of mice endometrium, and discuss different factors(ovarian stimulated drugs, semen and embryo) influence on expression of HOXA-10 and significance. Methods: The mice were divided into non-pregnant groups(including nature/ unstimulated cycle group, ovarian stimulation group, bilateral oviducts ligated group) and pregnant groups(unilateral oviduct ligated group). Reserve transcription PCR (RT-PCR) separately examines HOXA-10 in mouse endometrium of pregnant D2-7 from every group and makes analysis. Results: Both non-pregnant and pregnant groups'have HOXA-10 expression, but there is obviously different between them.1. In nature period group, HOXA-10 is positive in secretory endometrium and expression intensity is not obvious diversification in mated D2-7 (P>0.05). 2. Compared to nature period group, HOXA-10 is no difference in ovarian-stimulated group and bilateral oviducts ligated group(P>0.05). 3. In pregnant group, expression of HOXA-10 raise up distinctly in D3, achieve the peak value in D4(P<0.05),drop to baseline in D7, equal to window of implantation. Expression of HOXA-10 in peak-platform period prolongs(D4-5) and declines slowly in pregnant endometrium. The expression rule of HOXA-10 in left-non-pregnant group is the same as right- pregnant group.Conclusion:1. HOXA-10 has key effect on differentiation, decidualization of endometrial cell and formation endometrial receptivity.2. Ovary-stimulated drugs, semen and semial plasma do not have obviously effect on expression of HOXA-10.3. Embryo promotes expression of HOXA-10 in mice endometrium ,embryo maybe effect on HOXA-10 through embryo-derivative factor, its expression rule is consistant with window of implantation, suggesting that embryo directly or indirectly promotes endometrial receptivity.
