Study On The Actuality Countermeasure To The Life Quality Of The Employee Of Eight Units In Chifeng

Objective:This study conducted a survey on the quality of life of the staff of eight units in Chifeng, and aimed at find out factors affecting life quality, particularly job-related factors, analyze strategy and measures dealing with problems, provide reliable and relevant evidence-based policy recommendations for improving the eight institutions staff motivation work.Methods : The subjects came from the eight institutions staff in Chifeng. We randomly choose 320 employees to carry out the typical questionnaire. The Generic Quality Of Life Inventory-74 was referred in the investigation, we used software to do the descriptive statistics, Independent Sample t Test, One-Way ANOVA and General Linear Model.Results:1. Dimensions of physical function: women's sleep and energy, malaise of body, movement and the level of sensory function is higher than men; staffs over 46-year-old's malaise of body, movement and sensory function is higher than staffs below 25 years of age and between 26 and 35 years; the crowd of master's degree is higher than post-secondary and undergraduate education in the level of discomfortableness of body, movement and sensory function; the married group is superior to unmarried in movement and sensory function .2. Dimensions of psychological function: women's negative emotion is higher than men; the unhealthy staffs'nerve tension and self-esteem is higher than the healthy staffs; the crowd over the age of 46's cognitive function is higher than staffs of 26-35 years. 3. Dimensions of social function: women are superior to men at the level of interpersonal skills, work and study, marriage and family; beyond the age of 26-35 and 46 staffs supply more social support than below the age of 25; the crowd of master degree is higher than undergraduate college, secondary education group at the level of amateur entertainment; unmarried people's social support is higher than the group of divorced people.4. Material dimension: the living conditions of women is better than men; the housing conditions of the age group below 25 is superior to the age between 26 and 35 and beyond 46; the living environment of the group below 25 is preferable to the group of 26-35 year-old; secondary specialized education group's housing conditions is better than post-secondary and undergraduate degree group; the unmarried is better than married people's housing conditions.Countermeasure:1. Implementing employee assistance program. 2. Building the organizational core values, the establishment of open, just and fair culture in organization. 3. Focusing on training and playing a staff potential. 4. Carry out health education of families, in order to build a harmonious family. 5. Improving the income and living environment of employee.
