Clinical Study On Treatment Of Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) With Prolift And Buzhongyiqi Tang

Objective:Through the use of polypropylene mesh combined with reconstructive pelvic surgery Buzhongyiqitang Chinese and Western Medicine methods pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor reconstruction to reduce postoperative recurrence rate and clinical complications and to achieve better treatment of pelvic organ the purpose of prolapse.Methods:1.the degree of pelvic organ prolapse and aboveⅡdiagnostic criteria for parallel mesh pelvic floor reconstruction surgery,the patients who would be in line with the standard figure of the randomized patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(polypropylene mesh pelvic floor reconstruction with Buzhongyiqitang) including 30 cases and the control group (polypropylene mesh reconstructive pelvic surgery) of 29 cases.2.The patients are respectively follow up in the out patient after operation of the sixth month to observe patients with clinical recurrence and complications.3.After 6-month operation,the patients were assessed by curative effect,quality of life score, different the indicatrix and traditional Chinese medicine changes in symptoms.Results:1.Compared the overall therapeutic effect of twe groupes of patients,The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,Thc total effective rate of control groups was 89.6%,There was signifcant effect between two groups(P＜0.05).2.Compared the relapse rate of twe groupes of patients,The relapse rate of the treatment group was 3.3%,The elapse rate of control groups was 83.7%,There was signifcant effect between two groups(P＜0.05).3.According to three chamber,there were noticeable difference in the middle pelvic(the impact of the vagina or uterus) and after the pelvic(the impact of bowel or rectum),and explained that treatment group are better the control group(P＜0.05).4.Whether an increase in vaginal discharged,vaginal itching or pain,whether or not sex life does not restored a sense of comparison,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P＜0.05),Chinese medicine symptom score with treatment group than the control group,there is a significant advantage(P＜0.05).therefore the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: 1.It was definite clinical effect that prolift treat pelvic organ prolapse.2.The opration plus traditional Chinese drug was better than opration only.3.According to the three chamber,the degree of pelvic organ prolapse and clinical symptom quantified diffient chamber,the results showed that the treatment group was better than the the control group by reduced the Chinese medicine symptom score of the middle pelvic(the impact of the vagina or uterus) and after the pelvic(the impact of bowel or rectum).4.The oveall curative effect of pelvic organ prolapse,the Chinese medicine symptom score and parte of index in treatment group had significant advantage on treatment on pelvic organ prolapse,and can be applied in clinical.
