The Detoxification Study About The Compatibility Of Polygonum Multiflorum And Poria

Objective: Through long-term gavage of rats with Polygonum ultiflorum, Polygonum multiflori preparata,respectively working in different doses of concentrated liquid decoction poria, this subject were designed to explore whether or not poria could detoxificate the liver damage caused by Polygonum multiflorum.This study could offer suggestions for safe clinical drug use,resulting clinical application of Polygonum multiflorum more reasonable, safe, effective ,mankind furthermore benefited, chinese medicine promoted to better access to international markets, practical significance to modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: The rats were divided into 7 groups, 30g·kg-1 gavage of every testee daily, kept each of them a record of the general situation of their situation and weight on the 60th, 90th day as well as the recovery period; detected rat liver microsomal CYP450 content, blood biochemical parameters, immunoglobulin after carotid artery executed; underwent femur bone mechanical and major organs of the morphology, Liver cell degenerate on histopathological changes testing; observation emphases were placed on liver tissue, liver cell ultrastructure changes.Results: During the experiment, water and food took in by test team and the control ones had no significant differences. Long-term,high-dose Polygonum multiflorum and with different doses of poria had certain impact on rat liver microsomal CYP450 and rat immunoglobulin; blood biochemical parameters indicated that Polygonum multiflorum, Polygonum multiflori preparata as well as the compatibility of different doses of poria had significant impact on blood biochemical enzymes; at different times compared with the control group, BUN,CREA of test teams decreased significantly (P<0.01, P<0.05); Polygonum multiflori preparata respectively compate of different doses of poria could enhance SD rats fracture, and bone crushing force; light microscope examination showed that the treatment group hepatic sinusoid expansion, congestion, a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration.Conclusion:Long-term high-dose Polygonum multiflorum can lead SD rats to impact on blood biochemical enzymes .Aiming to detoxification and efficience,poria and Polygonum multiflorum compatibility have no stastistics significance. Polygonum multiflorum, Polygonum multiflori preparata as well as compatibility of different doses of Poria can reduce blood creatinine, blood urea nitrogen content and cyp450;analysis shows Polygonum multiflori preparata have significant effect on anti-osteoporosis.
