| Objective: This study was designed to observe the nutritional intervention on the function of the immune system and target the physical and chemical changes in blood of the women's competition rowers , and to explore a nutritional supplements assessment for women's competition rowers of immunosuppression caused by long-term high-intensity exercise and contest, to get a reasonable period of nutritional supplements for women rowers training cycle to improve the quality of training and competition to provide experimental results and the basis of reference.Methods: 16 members from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education Competitive Sports School women's rowing team for of the study(16.3±2.3 years),In the period of National Youth Championship take the sports nutrition intervention (Competitor Glutamine Capsule: 5 / day; Competitor Whey Protein Powder: 30 grams / day; Competitor pure creatine powder: 10 grams / day; FDP dynamic Sugar: 8 / day). Take test 3 times, fasting blood borrow 2.5ml, in the fully automatic biochemical analyzer measured IgA, IgG, IgM, BUN six indicators. All data were statistically SPSS13.0 deal with statistical software.Results : 1.Before the nutrition intervention,control group and experimental group ,the value of Hb and BUN are as follow: (140.0±0.90),(133.0±0.45), (8.09±0.45),(8.13±0.23);Two months after the nutritional intervention, Compared with the basis value, there was a significant difference in the Hb level from experimental group(158.7±0.87)(P<0.05), there was a significant difference (P <0.05), compared with the control group (154.0±0.87) in the same period; After the competition Hb, BUN, CK with the control group compared in the same period were significantly different (P <0.05).2. Before the nutrition intervention,control group and experimental group ,the value of IgA are(2.01±0.42)(2.00±0.40), IgG(8.34±1.06)(8.14±0.39), IgM(3.48±1.15) (2.87±1.20), two months after the nutritional intervention, compared with the basis value, there was a significant difference in the IgA,IgG and IgM level in experimental group and control group with precompetition(P<0.05), before and after the competition, experimental group of IgA, IgG, IgM and the control group compared to the same period were significantly different (P <0.05).Conclusions : 1. Large amount of exercise before training and competition will cause the decline in Hb value, BUN, CK rise, after a row before the protein powder and glutamine, can promote protein synthesis in skeletal muscle cells, significant improvements in rowing athletes bodily functions, and promote fatigue after exercise to restore.2. Glutamine, creatine powder and whey protein powder and sugar FDP vitality as a nutritional supplement, from before to after two weeks, two months of continuous application of Rowers help system to improve the immune function, improve training quality and competition results. |
