Clinical Research On The Relation Between The Risk Factors For The Deep Verous Thrombosis In Acute Phase And Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM

Objective: To investigate the relation and difference between the risk factors for deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in acute phase and syndrome differentiation of TCM. Method: Retrospective analysis of our near 3-year period in patients with acute DVT diagnosed 323 cases, divided into hot and humid place and two groups of heavy wet blood stasis. Statistics acquired risk factors for the type and quantity. Compare the differences of various risk factors between the two groups. From gender, age, onset site, clinical manifestations, clinical type, laboratory tests for such a comparative analysis of the differences between the two groups. Result: Statistical analysis showed that the two groups in the Surgery, thrombotic phlebitis shallow, sedentary and long-lying, malignant tumors, Behcet's disease, heart disease and other risk factors have significant differences (P <0.05).Two groups in the clinical classification, symptoms, signs, WBC, D-dimer have significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion: Different TCM syndrome-type of DVT acute phase has different clinical features. Risk factors of DVT in acute phase have relationship between the familiar syndrome differentiation of TCM.
